James Murphy from Claremont Farm is next to compete in the Wirral Young Chef of the Year competition.
His menu will feature at the next Youn Chef evening at Claremont Farm on Tuesday 10th & Wednesday 11th February.

Barnston Lamb served ‘two ways’:
Rack of Barnston lamb on a bed of Claremont Farm kale, 12 hour red wine jus.
Barnston lamb and Mersey ale scouse pie served with braised Claremont red cabbage and a warm beetroot salad.
