Star Evening at Ness Gardens

Calling all astronomy enthusiasts! Join Liverpool Astronomical Society at Ness Gardens on Tuesday 13th November at 6.00pm to take a look at what’s in our skies. The evening consists of a warm homemade soup, bread roll and tea or coffee followed by a talk “A Stars Life” and “Our Place in Space” then telescope demonstrations in the gardens to see Jupiter and our neighbouring galaxy the Andromeda Galaxy. Times

6.00pm – 6.30pm – registering and soup and roll

6.30pm – 7.45pm – talk “A Stars Life” and “Our Place In Space”

8.00pm – If the weather is clear we will be able to look at Jupiter and our neighbouring galaxy the Andromeda Galaxy and much more.

£10.00 per person, includes admission to gardens, talk and refreshments listed above.

Please note that if conditions are unsuitable on the night we won’t be able to do the demonstration in the gardens.
