The grand 16th century property, which has recently undergone an impressive £3 million rebrand and refurbishment, houses a duo of food and beverage amenities including the gloriously relaxed Brasserie 1593 and Knights Cocktail Bar.

Headed by chef Andy Scott, the kitchen team at Leasowe Castle combines a wealth of culinary knowledge and experience. Lunch and dinner menus comprise an ever-expanding assortment of nostalgic home-comforts that have been devised with a contemporary twist. In additional to marking notable calendar days, occasions also include Sunday Lunch and Afternoon Tea.
