Masterchef Aiden Byrne opens new restaurant at Hillbark

Hillbark welcomes Masterchef celebrity Aiden Byrne, who opens his new restaurant there this week. Aiden who is orginally from Kirby and at 22 was the youngest ever chef to receive a Michelin star, is coming home to Merseyside.
"I'm over the moon, I've been wanting to come back to Merseyside and do what I do best - fine dining. I've been looking for somewhere suitable for a while, and Hillbark is the perfect place."
Aiden's impressive career includes working at The Grosvenor in Chester, Adlards in Northwhich where he received his Michelin star, The Commons Restaurant in Dublin where he received his second Michelin star, Tom Aikens and Head Chef at The Dorchester both in London. It was while at The Dorchester he appeared on Masterchef and released his first cookery book, 'Made in Great Britain'.
"When we do open on Monday it'll be all Aiden Byrne Classics, but I do want to do some new dishes too, making the most of the fantastic produce Wirral has to offer."
