21 Park House is a privately owned Edwardian guest house located in the heart of the picturesque seaside town of West Kirby, offering stylish and comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation. We were finalists in Merseyside's Guest Accommodation of the Year 2009 & 2011.
The 8 rooms available are doubles or twins, with either en-suite, private or shared bathrooms. Single and family rooms are available upon request. The room rate includes a full English breakfast. Discounts are available for long-term stays – please enquire for further details.
With an enviable location, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, promenade, Marine Lake and Ashton Park, 21 Park House makes a great base for a wide range of activities. The Royal Liverpool and Caldy golf courses are both located within 5 minutes and the area offers many scenic walks. West Kirby train station is just a 3 minute walk away, providing excellent transport links to Liverpool and Chester.
Being so centrally situated means cafes and shops are just a short stroll away, as well as the wealth of bars and restaurants West Kirby has to offer, the nearest being just 1 minutes walk from 21 Park House.

Public Transport Directions
By rail: Merseyrail trains run every 15 minutes from Liverpool to West Kirby.
From train station: Go straight ahead out of the station and cross over at the Pelican crossing. Turn left and take the second road on the right (Westbourne Road). Park Road is the second road on the right off Westbourne Road. 21 Park House is located halfway up Park Road on the right.
