Mersey View offers corporate, families and leisure travellers a great value for money alternative to a hotel stay. Road Directions
From Liverpool exit the Wallasey Tunnel ensuring you stay to the left hand side heading for the tollbooths straight ahead. You will need £1.40 sterling to pass through the tollbooth, some of which are staffed for drivers requiring change. Exit the tollbooth and head up the slip road signposted Twelve Quays. At the top of the slip road you will come to a round about, take your first left signposted New Brighton/Spaceport. Drive down to the traffic lights bearing left on to the Dock Road, heading towards New Brighton. Follow the signs for New Brighton/Spaceport and as you drive ahead you will see the complex on your right hand side, two imposing brick warehouse buildings. You will be met upon arrival.

Directions from Hamilton Square Station to Mersey View - East Float Dock 2
Exit the station onto Hamilton Street and proceed for 0.01 miles. Turn left onto Bridge Street and proceed for 0.29 miles. Turn right onto Taylor Street and proceed for 0.04 miles. Then turn left onto Canning Street and proceed for 0.03 miles. Continue onto A554 and proceed for 0.11 miles. At the roundabout, you will take the second exit onto Tower Road and proceed for 0.26 miles. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Tower Road and proceed for 0.15 miles. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Dock Road and proceed for 0.28 miles. You will see East Float Dock on your left. This apartment is located in the dockside building.
