Wirral Museum is the former Birkenhead Town Hall. The building is a fine example of Victorian splendour, opened in 1887. It has operated as a museum for 7 years, looking at various aspects of Wirral’s local history and heritage.

The site is open September 11th - 14th and 15th - 20th from 10am to 5pm each day.

Special tours are available on Saturday 20th from 2pm-3pm and 3:30pm-4:30pm.
