Wirral is fast gaining a reputation for excellent restaurants, and leading the rejuvenated food scene in Wirral is Fraiche, Merseyside's only Michelin starred restaurant. Awarded to Chef Marc Wilkinson in January 2009, this honour shows that Wirral really has something exceptional to offer in 2009.
