Brian Mellor Cookery Courses

Brian Mellor is an award winning Master Chef of Great Britain, former Executive Chef at Granada TV who now has a kitchen on a working farm offering a wonderful opportunity to cook with him in pleasant surroundings. With more than two decades of experience, he is instantly recognisable at food festivals and has been a key figure in helping our chefs to become confident demonstrators. His live performances are entertaining and carefully adorned with useful information about ingredients, tricks and good food.

During your cookery course with Brian you’ll learn about the ingredients, techniques, tools and tips. You’ll experience the way of the Chef creating a menu together with others on the course from stunning starters to sumptuous chocolates; perfect pastries and petit-fours. Then it's time to take a seat and taste your handy work with a well deserved glass of wine. Working with Brian will help you to be more confident in the kitchen, making your food sparkle and stand out.
