New Brighton
New Brighton is a seaside resort located in the town of Wallasey in the north east corner of Wirral.
New Brighton has a wide range of attractions and facilities. Some particularly popular attractions include the Riverside Bowling Alley and Laser Quest centre and the New Palace Amusement Arcade, which includes a small fairground.
The 'Dips' at New Brighton are the venue for two of Wirral's largest events: The Wirral Show and The Kite Festival. Both are two-day events for all the family with a variety of spectacular entertainment. For further details please click here

Fort Perch Rock: Built as a coastal defence battery during the Napoleonic period to protect the Port of Liverpool. It is open all year round and features a museum, exhibitions, tea-room and is the venue for many exciting events.
New Brighton Lighthouse is also known as the Perch Rock Lighthouse, and is situated where the Mersey Estuary opens out into Liverpool Bay. Before the lighthouse was built there was a wooden 'perch' erected upon the rock, formerly known as the Black Rock, by the city of Liverpool in 1683.
