Wirral is fast gaining a reputation for excellent restaurants, and leading the rejuvenated food scene in Wirral is Fraiche, Merseyside's only Michelin starred restaurant, among others like Da Piero and Peninsula Dining Room all recognised in The Good Food Guide.
Wirral has a range of informal dining options providing the highest quality produce and experience. The Wro Lounge, for example, is perfect to relax and enjoy breakfast or a lunch-time stop in stylish surroundings.

Treat yourself to one of the award-winning cakes at Gorge’Us Coffee Shop (or More Gorge'Us close-by) such as the light and fluffy Victoria Sponge or perhaps head to Roses Tea Rooms in the picturesque Ness Gardens, winner of many prestigious awards. Roses’ lavender scones with ginger and gooseberry jam are a must.
Wirral has plenty to offer for liquid refreshment, including proud winner of Merseyside's Bar of the Year 2010 & 2011 - The Wro.
