The restaurant hosts a range of global dishes that are well known and loved, re created with a modern twist by Richard and his team.

The kitchen and front of house teams aim to deliver a new dining experience, conjuring new tastes and experiences in a relaxed atmosphere with the carefully hand picked selection of vintage wines.

The menu tempts diners with starters such as, Duck a la orange, textures of chicken with potato farl to main courses such as Tandoori lamb, Cullen skink and a simply grilled menu featuring fresh meat and fish cooked just the way you like.

For dessert, to finish, his Signature Rice pudding which helped win Wirral chef of the year or Madeline with pistachio or simply a selection of fantasic local cheeses and biscuits.
