The Vegi Table courses at Claremont Farm

If your aim is to brush up on vegetables and discover how to cook fantastic (and easy!) meat-free meals look no further. Mo and Sarah are both Cordon Vert trained chefs, with a wealth of catering and nutrition experience, who love sharing their passion for cooking. Whether you’re just starting out in the kitchen or a more experienced cook, their courses are designed to be informal, relaxed and most of all fun.

One day courses include workshops with 2 practical sessions such as Pizza Pasta Pesto and Luscious Legumes, as well as ‘Mix & Match’ days such as Tarts, Tortillas, Rolls & Roulades, where a morning workshop and lunch is followed by demonstrations. West Indian Cookery at RNK

With RNK cookery classes you can learn how to cook authentic Afro-Caribbean cuisine and other delights. Whether it is to learn through a demo or a hands on experience, Grace Adegoke will lead you through the diverse Afro-Caribbean ingredients and of course how to whip up delicious meals.
