Type: Beach

A popular bathing beach at the eastern end of the North Wirral Coastal Park and next to the Derby Pool Harvester Bar and Grill. The Lifeguard Station overlooks the sandy beach ‘recommended’ by the Marine Conservation Society. There are public toilets at Harrison
Drive approximately 200 yards away. Popular with kitesurfers the beach is adjacent to a slightly more sheltered area of short grassland popular with picnickers. There is plenty of free parking adjacent to the beach at Bayview Road with an overflow car park opened during the summer months to cater for the large number of visitors. Alternatively there is free parking along Kings Parade off Harrison Drive.

at the end of Harrison Drive, the beach is on the left. Alternatively turn into Bayview Drive and park in the car park
adjacent to the Derby Pool Harvester Pub and Grill.
