Type: Farm
Centred around the thatched Tam O'Shanter Cottage, this small city farm covers four acres of land on the edge of Bidston Hill.
The aim of the farm is to establish a small, but varied collection of farm animals in an urban area, thereby making them accessible to many people, especially children!
The farm has taken great care to be a safe place for children to play and adults to relax, to be accessible for disabled people and to be an educational as well as a fun place to visit. All paths are wheelchair accessible.
Facilities include a café, picnic area, nature trail and small play area. The farm is open every day - 9.30am to 4.30pm - admission is FREE, however donations are welcome!
